I was sleeved w/ Dr. Ponce de Leon, and I can confidently recommend him. Another thing is since you are going it alone you'll want someone like Trish around. She is a heaven sent, just ask anybody that has met her. She has a great way of putting you at ease, & is willing to bend over backwards to make sure your needs are met. -
I can't really say I miss any food. But I do miss the convenience of being able to grab something anytime anywhere. Now I have to plan where I'm gonna be or carry food with me. I'm pretty strict on my diet right now and most places you can get a truck don't offer healthy options of the grab & go variety.

Finding Myself, The reason we aren't to drink while eating is because the liquid does trigger the pyloric valve to open thus bypassing our restriction. The best evidence of this that I've seen is PDXman , he runs competitively. He uses this method the night before a race to be able to increase his carb intake. Maybe we'll get lucky and he will make an appearance an explain his further.

I know I already responded to this. Hmmmm, well here goes again. My coordinator told me if I wanted an extended stay my surgeon woul be willing to foot he bill for 1 extra night, after that she would arrange for me to get their discounted rate. I stayed at he Lucerna, their posted nightly rate was $160 - $200/night, and I would have paid & $75/night with their discount. -
I just messages admin requesting a pardon for him. I'm sure whatever he did was pretty serious to merit a ban, I've seen some crazy stuff fly here, so maybe they'll show him some grace.
