I highly recommend lying. It's so much easier than retaining your integrity.

Yes. I do recommend using Fage though, Chiobani tastes a bit off.

It's a hot sauce. Definitely more flavor than heat though. Usually kep in the Mexican food section.

BTW, ladies, I do consider myself an artist. And my vajazzling fees are very reasonable.

Yeah, a bit, but it's nothing Cholula can't fix.

And to tie it to another thread of yours, it's convenient when you are on the go.

I would respectfully have to dissagree. I believe the study to be inherently flawed. The simple fact that a surgery that does nothing except limit ones ability to consume food in the quantities that we once did yet produces the weight loss that we seek proves that it truly is a simple calories in vs calories burned equation.

Protein shakes
O.T.R. sleever replied to toodabarn's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
If you are looking for something fruity, I'd really have to recommend Syntrax's nectar line. I mix anywhere from 1/2-1 scoop into 24oz of water with a complimenting sugar free water flavoring & I think they taste pretty darn good, all things considered. Don't get me wrong, it's still protein, so it's not going to taste like orange juice, but, I like it better than Sunny D. -

It is because of the type of protein in them. It is basicly the same as collagen protein tgat is used in protein shots. The difference being collagen used in protein supplements comes from beef skin rather than pork. These collagen Proteins are not usablel by the human body. Therefore even though they contain protein, it is not a useable protein.

Easy solution. Don't drink soda. -
A bit of salad is fine. Make sure to add eggs, chicken, cheese. Or some other protein.

Selling unused protein
O.T.R. sleever replied to amitch17's topic in Protein, Vitamins, and Supplements
Once you've opened it you can't really sell it. That is why we recommend so often to get sample packs or single servings to try before buying large containers. What do you have? Also if you purchase your products from the Vitamin Shoppe they will let you return anything you don't like for a store credit. I believe GNC has the same policy. -

Does anyone regret having the surgery?
O.T.R. sleever replied to noellegz1's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Actual real regret, no. I believe we all have moments though. Like when you walk into your favorite resturaunt and you see calamari appetizer, a new steak portofino, and oh my goodness, that lemon cheesecake. You want it all. That lasts for a minute or 2 then you realize, HOLY COW, that's almost 4000 calories, then all of the sudden the regret is gone. You are not going to get he surgery & never look back. But when you do, it doesn't take long for the reality of what your old lifestyle leads to. Like the old saying goes " nothing tastes as good as thin feels" -
Trying to talk someone out of WLS?
O.T.R. sleever replied to mezanne1401's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I would challenge her to live on a "pre-op diet" for a couple weeks. Let her get a taste of some of the process. You never know, this might just be the life changing event for her. But remind her, she is 21. And this will definately affect her social life (at least for a while). When all her friends are out drinking, that won't be an option for her. When everybody hits up the Taco Hell, she is out. Movie theater popcorn is no longer an option. How much of her life revolves around food? She has to understand, this is a complete lifestyle change. Krispy Kreme & Coldstone aren't your friends anymore, as a mater of fact they can have some pretty bad effects. Then there is the possibility of complications. Have her read the "Horror Story" post. After all this, if she still sees it as a viable option, and still wants it, then it's time for you to take her hand & support her.
