I am so happy I had the gastric sleeve surgery. November 17, 2013 will be two years for me. Please if you have opportunity to do it them do it. Dr. Malcolm-Robinson of Brighams and Womens Hospital, Boston, MA is the BEST. I was comfortable at all times and never, never had any pain. Hospital stay was 5 days, as I am a Type 1 diabetic, went home from hospital with no insulin. But once I was back on track, my dosage dropped and so did most of my medication, no high cholesterol and no sleep apnea, not only do I feel good, but I look good and no it.
