[b][i][font=comic sans ms,cursive][size=4] :wub: this past Sun. I had to go to the ER and have my band emptied!!! Oh I sure can feel the difference. I did not want to listen to my Dr. ! I wanted it fast. I have lost 55 lbs. since Dec. 27th, 2013 ! I'll go and get started again tomorrow!!. Patients and what is in my head has been the hardest thing for me to do!! I would love to be 199 lbs. at my sons wedding for July 13,13!!! So I am not beating myself up over this. One day at a time!!! Right!!! That is the only way for me to do this... My friends (thin) ones have no idea it is us doing the work. For every pound gone. I do have a long way to go so I am glad 55lbs. is gone. I could not have started this with out the help from the band. So to those who have no idea that this is easy , you will never know... For those whom walked in my shoes before me God Bless you:) My goal someday is to be a normal size. NOT a PLUS size. If than means 150lbs , I'll take it!! I am not giving up. I am ready to fight. To fight real hard!!! Keep me in your prayers , as I will you... We all should try to be healthy!! Rose[/size][/font][/i][/b]
