Surgery date 11/28/12 Started at 266 Today I'm at 190

Anyone else bruising a little easier these days? I've notice that lately I've been bruising a little too easily. My husband was giving me a massage on my leg yesterday and I woke up with a huge bruise on my leg. :/

I never thought that I'd feel so much torture after surgery. :/ I weigh myself every morning and if I'm the same weight I was yesterday, my head starts messing with me. I start telling myself " maybe that's it, maybe you're just not going to lose anymore." And I know most of you will tell me not to weigh myself everyday, but that's just impossible for me. The scale helps me try harder and do better with diet and exercise everyday. I feel frustrated because I think the weight is coming off slow and I'm just scared that the scale is just going to stop moving. Surgery Date: 11/28/12 Total WL since surgery: 28 Total WL with preop: 38

Does anyone regret getting the sleeve and wish they had got the bypass instead?

I'm 6 weeks out and hit my first stall. Is it too soon to be having a stall?

Having my 1st stall now.. 6 weeks out. 1 week so far. :/

Do to rapid weight loss. Is that possible?

Congratulations! I'm only 3 weeks out and I just worry that the sleeve won't work for me. Stories like yours keep me motivated and positive that this will work. Thanks for sharing! Can't wait to be in your shoes. If you don't mind me asking.. How much have you lost? And when did you accomplish your goal weight?

In the bible it says no man knows when then end will come nor do the angles in heaven. I'm comforted by that. But on a side note.. Thank goodness I have the sleeve! Lmao I won't feel like I'm starving when the food runs out. :}

I'm Rh negative and the surgeon kind of, while reading my medical history, pointed it out. I asked if that was an issue and he said that I might lose a lot of blood because of it. :/ just wondering if anyone else has this and has gone through surgery. How did the surgery go? My WLS date is Nov. 28th.

I'm worried that I have Noo problems eating and everyone else seems to have some issue.

When were you guys able to start sleeping on your side or belly after surgery? Im almost 2 weeks out and I still can't.. It still hurts to sleep on my stomach. :/

Ya.. That's me! I wake up in the middle of the night also. I need to get an abdominal binder!

Oh man, what's wrong with me! :/ Everyone else can do it and I still can't 2 weeks out! Shoot. It just hurts too much and forget trying to get up from the side/ belly position.. I just feel so sore still.

Do you eat until you're full or just in portions? I'm still new to the eating. I'm on liquids, but should start eating soft foods tomorrow.

Not hungry.. Just head hunger. I feel great with the liquids, but I rarely feel the fullness in my stomach. I'm just worried it'll be the same when I start eating and that I'll over eat and stretch my stomach. :/

I'm 11 days out and just starting to feel normal. Now if I could sleep on my side I'd feel 100%! it just takes time.

Lol wow.. Had my surgery the 28th, also had a hiatal hernia, and I also have 3 kids.. One that's 18 months! So I'm definitely feeling your pain. Feeling bad that I can't pick up my little one. :/

What were you having during liquids? I still have a week on liquids and I'm out of ideas. :/

I kept telling myself that I wasn't going to be that person that freaks out if i had a weight loss stall. But here I am.. Only 5 days out and freaking out about only losing 1 pound!!!!!!!!!! In my peop diet class they said that there is a small percentage of people ( 1% or something like that) that WLS doesn't work for them! What if I'm that 1%?? I mean.. 5 days ago I had this surgery and I've only lose 1 lb?!? I know I'm being stupid.. Sorry, but I'm just a little scared of it not working for me. :/

Also had my surgery 11/28. I have the same painful hole where they took out my stomach, but it's on the left side. Feels like my muscle twist inside if I get up the wrong way. It's really bad pain, but the doc said it was normal. :/
