About Me
Hello all!
My name is Te'Nesha. I am 26 years old currently reside in New Braunfels, TX (10 minutes north of San Antonio). My weight struggles began after my freshman year of college. I believe the saying is you gain the "freshman 15" during college. Well I gained the "freshman 90". After moving out of my parent’s house and beginning my own life experiences, let’s just say I didn't make all the right food choices. In college, brownies were my weakness. I loved entertaining, and still do. Once I graduated, my food struggles then transpired into emotional eating. Eating when I was happy, sad, and every emotion in between. Every occasion required going out to eat. I'm not a snacker or candy lover, but I do eat large portioned meals, and exercising, ha, non-existent. So, after my college splurges, emotional eating, and large portions, here I am at my largest weight 255lbs. I graduate high school in 2003 at a nice 150 lbs. I love to be that size again. I chose the Lapband because it was the least invasive and I am hoping it will be motivation enough for me to control what I put in my mouth. Restriction is what I need. I look forward to my lifestyle change and wish everyone a successful journey.
