I like combining plain greek yogurt, fruit (banana, mango, strawberry, blueberry, etc.), a splash of vanilla extract, scoop of protein and skim milk to thin it out. I've noticed if I combine the first three ingredients in blender then mix protein and milk by hand I don't get the mountain of froth. Also, they are kind high in sugar, but I love these ensure clear blueberry pom drinks...I don't always want my protein in milkshake form.
