Hello all, How are you doing? I hope you're doing great!!! I wanted to write back to each of you, but currently feeling super miserable. I am back at the hospital for an upper GI and to get my kidney function checked out. I am taking pain medicine and meds to stop the nausea and vomiting. They are barely taking the edge off. I will keep you updates. Thank you for all your kind words!! They warm my heart during these hard times. Best, Sannah

I just got results from the hida and ct. Good news is that I don't have a leak or abscess. I am so happy for this!!! But my gallbladder isn't really functioning. It jas to come out. Also both my right and left kidneys have stones. At least one stone isn't obstructing the kidney. All three doctors are doing to talk and one will call me first thing in the am with a plan. Looks like I need to find a nephrologist to help with the stones. I am having alot of mixed emotions. So HAPPY to not have a leak. But so bummed and frustrated with needing gallbladder surgery. Kidney stones. Hopefully they are all small enough that I can pass them alone and not need surgery on my kidneys too. I know there is a silver lining and that I will find it. But this is hard news to take. I want so badly to be healthy and not need medical intervention. It bothers me to keep putting my support system through all of this. I also don't want to endure anymore. Thank you everyone for messaging me. I am happy when i read the messages of support abs all your kindness.

Well today they said they aren't sure if its a gallbaldder. I have to have a ct scan to see if I have another leak or they missed anything that is potentially life threatening. Then some other type of examination where they will inject several different substances and see how my liver and gallbladder fiction. It takes 180 minutes. I don't recall what it's called. I feel scared. But also don't want to worry until I need to.

Having a tough day. Back/shoulder pain are intense. Radiating abdominal pain and severe nausea again. Waiting lab results to see what is going in. Leak related? Dr said potential emergency gallbladder removal. I will post again soon. Going to have more meds and try to rest. I feel miserable

I have been here in the hospital receiving excellent care for a week. I am doing my very best to remain positive. But I admit I have my moments of regret, primarily because I can't care for my 14 month of daughter. Mind posting some BEFORE AND AFTER photos as a reminder and source of inspiration? Best, Sannah

It's crazy isn't it? So many symptoms to be aware of. It's good that we can listen to our bodies right? After all we know them best!!! I can't encourage people enough to just be aware and seek help when your body is talking!!! So important!!! How's your sleeve experience going?

Hello!! Oh man!! So you have your hands full!!! San Fran is on our list!! I think I am ready now!! Oddly enough I am craving some sun!! Oregon is colder, rainy and often windy. Today we've had rain, hail, wind and moments of bright sun. Summer is mild, but can get into the 100's. Bend is real nice!! My husband works for an airline and one of stations is near Bend. Your going to have a great trip this Summer!! Sounds like you found some necessities!! shopping for new clothes will be so fun!!! Clothes shopping as a fit person should be more fun right? So Venla had a checked up yesterday!! I am always worried about her being too heavy. I don't want her to walk down this road. I am working to be active and teach her good nutrition. I want to change my family tree!! Great news!! She is in 95th percentile for height and head circumference. 75th percentile for weight!! So, she is growing and healthy!! She likes the dog food lately!! Haha. I have to remind her she is a vegetarian!!! I hope to get back to my vegetarianism as well!!

Hello, I am 12 days post op and have been admitted to the hospital for aggressive treatment for an infection. Wish me luck. Going down to ct soon

Oh my goodness!! It's a good day today!! Have a good walk!! Sounds like a nice outing!! I hope you can get a little something at your favorite shop!! That would be AWESOME!! . Sorry to her food isn't settling well today. May tomorrow be better! I am feeling pretty good!! 47g of Protein so far!! I generally don't weigh myself. I did today!! Down 66.7 lbs!!! I think that Venla and I will go on walk if the gives us a break!!! I want to drive us somewhere, but I have barely driven but two blocks. Not ready to have little v in the car until I feel confident. Tomorrow my folks are coming over!! Have a great walk and time with your family!!!

Phew. Relief!! I figured it out!! Thank you ladies. You're the best!! I had a scrambled egg today. Then ricotta for lunch. Everything is so filling!!!
