I went for my 6 week check up. And my doctor said that I need to stop eating before I get the feeling that I am full cant go any futher. He said to just stop before I get to that point. I have no idea how I am going to do that. Because I will be eating and all of a sudden It will just hit me. And I will feel stuffed. Any suggestions would be great. Dr said I will end up stretching my stomach if I dont stop this. -

I am 7 weeks post op and i have been eating just about what ever I want to since week 4. That is healty stuff. But it seems that I am hungry like every 2 to 3 hours. I feel like im eating all the time now. I cant eat large amounts like before my surgery. And suggestions on what I may need to do. -

I am 5 weeks post op. And no I dont have headaches or nausea. The pre op diet is hard, however after day 3 it gets better. Hang in there it is worth it in the long run. -
I have a card but I dont go to buffet's. I have used it to order off the childs menu. I feel weird using it, I dont want to tell complete strangers that I have had this surgery.

I took 3 weeks and I really wanted to be off longer but the Dr said no. I work in a office so it is not hard work. I just wanted more time to focus on myself. -

I am 5 weeks out I had my surgery on July 11th. And for the last 2 1/2 weeks I have not lost any weight. I am going to for sure get back on my protein drinks, and start getting in more water. -
wow you do look great. Can you tell me do you still drink protein shakes. I am 5weeks post op. I eat what ever i want . Of cource it has to be heatly. I get prettty close to 60gms of protein in. I have been slacking on the water. But I have been at a stall for 2 weeks. I was wondering if maybe I nn to drink the protein shakes again.

I want to take a bariatric vitamin, however I am not having any luck with one I can stand. I am wondering If i can get one to swallow. I am 5 weeks post op. I dont having any problems taking my regular meds.
