Moved to north Texas from CT. 2 years ago.

I've been struggling with obesity and the related health issues for several years, and it's now time to take the bull by the horns and stop this madness!

I have a wonderful and supportive family and I'm both excited and a little nervous about what I'm soon going to go through.  I welcome any words of support and encouragement anyone has to offer, and I will promise the same to anyone who needs it.
