Well I have dabbled with scrambled eggs I made gravy tonight and had a small bit. From start to now I've lost 18 lbs but I am thinking all of you are correct! I think a lot of it is head hunger saying go ahead.... See if you can handle it I have never exceeded my ounces just a nibble or spoon full of the experimental stuff! OMG bacon curse you bacon!!! I had a tiny corner and mushed it into nothing and it was so good. This is why I'm afraid! Why am I eating things???? And are the things I'm eating forbidden? I don't know. Although I do know the snack cake I took a bite of was empty calories and sugar and for they I'm totally ashamed! So I have a nutrition appointment Wednesday and I don't know if I should tell on myself or not ;(.

do you feel like you could eat regular foods? or have you tried?

I did a deep cond. treatment on my daughter of olive oil and conditioner mixed. It worked wonders. Look it up. Some people's hair hates protein and with WLS that's what we get most of!

Had my sleeve surgery Friday the 28th. I got out of the hospital Saturday with a clear liquid diet. Today is the first day I'm hungry! Clear liquid only I've had smart water and chicken bullion so now what?

I can't have protein for another week and I've been eating the pop cicles and jello I'm just tired of sweet stuff! Did anyone have major belly rumbling?

Home now and was fine with going in the hospital went quite a bit but now not much

Is it normal to gain weight after surgery!!?? My surgery was Friday and now I'm up 6.8lbs. Grrrrr

It's finally here my September 28th friends! One more day! Can you believe it's already here? I'm nervous, hungry, relieved, excited. But most of all READY!!! Announce yourselves and your story and be proud of yourself because tomorrow is the first day of the rest of our lives!!!

I'm 2 days away from surgery and started my cleanse today and I've gained 1.3 lbs how the heck is that even possible. I'm on clear liquids it doesn't add up

Well I had some pain when I woke up. most of it in and under my chest but I also had a hernia repair. They did a complete cardio work up and everything was fine! It's hard to up out of bed but walking does help a lot! I'm home now and starting to feel tons better! Mainly bloated and swollen in my belly. I didn't have a drain tube! Would I do it all again. YES YES YES!

Surgery is over. I am very sore lots of gas in chest area Am Happy it's over wouldn't change a thing!!'

IT'S FINALLY HERE! I'm up and getting ready to shower! Leaving for hospital at 4:30 am surgery at 6!! OMG thank you everyone on this forum for all the kind words and help getting thru this! Lets go September 28th sleevers. We are about to be on the losers side!!! Love to you all!

I have surgery tomorrow and I actually put a piece of cheese stick in my mouth chewed it up and spit it out!!! Talk about hungry!!!

I got the call!!! Surgery tomorrow at 8 am, be at hospital by 6 am!!! It really is going to happen lol. YAY

Oh I so feel your pain!!! I am on my last day of clear liquids with surgery tomorrow morning! Pop cicles sf jello. All the raw veggies you can snack on! If you just push thru you can do it!!! Be sure and get in your water! Drink 8oz of water before your protein Shake. It helps a million!!! Good luck to you!!!

Is it actually possible to gain weight during your colon cleanse? I started it today and have been losing steady but today I've gained 1.3 lbs. SERIOUSLY how does that even happen when on clear liquids? My surgery is Friday and I am so confused!!!

I took my cleanse meds at about 10:30 am and not much has happened?!? Is that normal I feel like there should be more or will this continue for a while. Sorry if its tmi
