Not enough to talk about. I got sick from other things. I am now heavier than I was to start with so.....I don't dwell on the past but I have a lot of knowledge of how the band works and fills and stuff. Follow the rules our you will get sick our it won't work -
You can retain water hormones all kind of stuff. It will most likely loosen back up. If you gain it tightens too
