So, awhile back I signed up for my fitness pal. The best thing I ever did. I was never a fan of food journals, but the app makes it so easy and kinda fun. I was sleeved May 21st and would love, love, love to add new friends sleeved in May, so probably on track with my experiences. Plus, I am always looking for new food and excersise ideas to steal.
