I too am having difficulty moving to the right way of life and not falling back into old habits. I was banded in May and have only lost 12 pounds. I have not had a fill yet. I go in July. I havnt lost anything more in the last three weeks. My nutritionist didnt show up for our last two appointments, So I dont know what to do.

I have PCOS and was banded on May 17th. I have not had a fill yet and I am getting very hungry. Over the hoilday I cheated, and I feel awful. I was losing wight and then it stopped (of course.) I go in soon to get my first fill. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do to fix it. I have dreams of being thin. I only know one other person personally who has done this and if I ask or tell her some of my complaints, she starts in with gossip to others. Does anyone have suggestions on how to over come this? ( the eating thing not the person talking!! lol)
