I am on day three of my preop liquid diet and I am going insane! I am so tired of just "drinking." I can never get satisfied. I know it is all completely in my head which is so frustrating. I wish my "need" for "good" food would just go away! I want to cheat so badly, but I know in the end that would just hurt me. So I'm just trucking along :/

Day two of PreOp liquid diet was better than day one, but I am still miserable. I feel like a drug addict being forced to get clean
blah. Food is such a drug. -
Started my PreOp Liquid diet today. So far..okay... I have a feeling I'm not gonna like this :/

So yesterday I went in for some more bloodwork for God knows what lol and I went to my two hour sleeve prep class
Completely done with everything I need to do til the 27th of this month (Surgery DAYY!!) -
I got approved today. My surgery date is teh 27th of June 2012. I'm ecstatic! My life is about to change, and I can't wait!

Finally got my date! June 27th!!

So I just found out today that my surgery is scheduled for June 27th!! Ahh can't come soon enough! Woohoo my June sleeve sistas!!!

I GOT APPROVED FOR THE VSG!!! My insurance called today to tell me that she talked to the hospital and everything is a go! Now just have to wait for a call to get my surgery date!!

Hey Vanessa! I'm 19 almost 20 I'm waiting to hear back from United Healthcare also! Really hoping to get it done this summer!

Food Journal: 1. premier shake - 30g of protein for breakfast 160 calories 2. A piece of salami - 1g of protein 20 calories 3. Oikos greek yogurt - lunch 13g of protein 120 calories Total for breakfast and lunch: 44 g of protein and 300 calories

Heyy guys! I am waiting to find out my surgery date. Should get the call any day now! I loveddd reading all of your posts! They are so encouraging! Like most of you I haven't had surgery before (except wisdom teeth! haha) So I'm really nervous. But by what all of you are saying it is going to be so worth it I just want to be confidant and maybe even not cringe when I wear a bathing suit! lol I'm just so excited to feel and look better!
