Hi I lost a lot of hair first year second year started growing back I did take the biotin an used the volume shampoo from patine helped a lot anything with vol helps an yes it will grow back

I do very much so. I can swing more than the 24 year olds in my kettle bell class and I feel fantastic

I am very pleased I am hoping on the day y'all think sheewww that it is all worth it the great feeling of looking good and my health is fantastic and yes there should another whole person standing next to me it is strange to think of it that way but I lost 120 lbs and that is what I weigh now 2yrs later I feel great. Small steps I know the first months are hard but well worth the end results the one thing I would change is that. I wished I make the time to ex drake three times a week I was lazy at first of it. I do kettle bells now. And yes protien. Y'all don't say yuck but I drink a vi sal three times a week not to meal replace but for the protien I thank all of y'all for the uplifting words and hope I could inspire y'all . And yes. If yall are wondering it is still a little hard to see me this skinny people say it a lot and u kinda know it when u can buy clothes but to cross uR legs for the first time is wow

When I was sleeved I was the one cooking for my hubby and yes it was cool to watch him enjoy food and yes smell were great too especially after so long on broth lol grata on sleeve

Yes u will go thru many things back and forth trust me I went from 240 To 120. Half of me there will be many questions I have found this form about 4 months ago an wish I had but I never regret doing wish I done earlier

I was sleeved 2 yrs ago and one of my best friends was bypassed 2 yrs too we have kept our weight offwe do work out 3times. A week. In my mind I have set a weight that I will nerver never go over an has worked for me I stay at 118 to 121 I haven't had any trouble she has been scoped twice. Well once I am taking her tomorrow to be be careful of junk food it goes down easier than some meats I try an stay away. I drink hot tea or coffee after meals seem to help. Hope this helps

Ou see yourself shrinking u feel great more entergetic 2 yrs later u never get use to. Skinny miny . It is strange to still here even though I went from size 22 to a 1. Yep1. Love every minute of it I have I set weight I'll never go over I have gotten use to people watching what u eat to see what I eat I exercise 3 times a week I do kettle bells. It has tone my loose skin up it is 17 inches toned in 7 months so if I have any advice or u just listen do what your doc tell u excercise. Does help so much if u have question and or comments love to hear I'm not sure how to put before and after pic yet but will I am 5 tall started at 238. And now I am less half of me. A whole another me me 120 lbs
