is feeling very blah. i have started back to work and although i do not think that i have eaten more than normal, i feel like i am eating like a pig. i am tracking everything on MFP and it says i am ok. i think it also may be the fact that it is soooo stinking hot and i can not get my walks in as much as i would like. that and i am ONCE AGAIN stuck on a plateau. i just don't feel like i am losing fast enough.
