    Which is more effective in tightening the thigh and hip area. Treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike or possibly something totally different.

    I like to start my morning with a protein shake just before I go to the gym. What a good protein I could use that doesn't require cooking at work just for a snack other than bars.

    I posted today how I fell back into old habits, and let me tell you these ladies will give you there honest opinion. Which was a reality check for me. If your not a big drinker, maybe have a slushy sugar free drink in a pretty glass. I started with one old habit and it has increase. So I'm actually I exposed myself. I'm jumping back on track. Good Luck!
  12. Thanks mamiof3, I put forth a big effort actually a week ago, but today it was nice to hear all the comment. I will be restocking my pantry with crystal lite, and I actually like plain water, protein shakes, and ice pops. Thanks for the reminder.

  17. Ladies, thanks sooo much for your advise. I needed to hear it all. I really want this I just got comfortable with old habits. I'm not usually a confrontational person, I guess the truth hurts. But for real coming from some I don't know made me defensive. All is well today I spent some good time in the gym, got my protein in and I look forward to a even better day tomorrow. Thanks again for all the support.
