    I have lots of energy in the morning. So off to the gym I go. I would like advice on toning my arms and legs. Any suggestions???

  3. Today was the best day I ever had on the gym. I didn't exercise at all this weekend so I felt quilty. So I decided to push myself and not watch the clock. I worked out for over 2 hours and it felt great. I feel so good right now, I now know if I stay focused I can do so much more and not just go to the gym and do my regular routine. I burnt 1022 calories.

    MFP is a great way to stay motivated when you track your food and exercise daily. It will definitely you honest. swilkins12 is MFP log on. Today I burned 1022 calories.
  5. I am 4 months out 1week after surgery I had the heaviest cycle ever and cramps to die for. And that was it. Just saw my GYN last week and my surgeon had full labs only to find out I am experiencing menopause. It took RNY for my cycle to stop. Really....

  7. Is anyone experiencing very toxic gas? Ever since my surgery I am very toxic. I googled it so I'm going to consult my PCP. Any suggestions??

  9. I had a visit today with my surgeon. I am 4 months post op. My surgery was 8/12. About a week ago I posted how I fell back into old behaviors with comfort foods. Some of the ladies were pretty hard on me. But I know that it was what I needed to hear. So with that being said Im not feeling happy today knowing I have lost 55lbs. If I didn't fall back into my comfort foods maybe I could of had more of a lost. Today is a new day, I will try harder...

    Lili 80 lbs. Wow that's awesome, my doctor told me to opt for a cracker, or toast. As they told me don't be so hard on yourself. Your doing fantastic!!!

    Upset stomach.

    Last night for dinner I had baked salmon, in my first month I experienced dumping but the last three months I pretty much tolerated anything. I couldn't sleep and I woke up this morning feeling the same way. Any suggestions for a upset stomach???

  14. I went into the pantry and pulled out some things I purchased pre op. I just made a Unjury Strawberry Shorbet mixed with one individual lemonade sf packets and lots of ice, so refreshing. 20g of protein per scoop.
  15. I had my surgery 8/12, I'm down 52lbs. I have done great so far with my weight loss however, I am beginning to pick up old habits. I drink soda everyday, started eating Cookies, and my solution after a stressful day of work is to have a cocktail. I'm pretty much a loner, so its easy to come home and find comfort in these things.
