I have my education classes tomorrow! It's becoming so real, been a dream up to this point. I can hardly believe that June is here! It seems like yesterday that we were in March and I had my first visit! My surgeon does require the two week reduced carb diet in order to reduce the size of the liver and decrease need of manipulating and/or injuring it. I have found this forum very useful in answering and raising some questions for me. I have also realized that MD requirements are so varied. You sound confident and prepared and that's what's important. Best of luck to you!!! Ten days...so exciting! I have 20 days to go! I hope you have a smooth surgery and recovery!!

Absolute best of luck to you! I can imagine your excitement and fear. (I'm a few weeks behind you). Sounds like you're in good company and having some good distractions. You have many people cheering for you here! You'll be in "skinny clothes" in no time!

Eeeek! I shudder to think of what will come of "the girls"!!!!! = I live in South Louisiana. I am currently the same size as you and looking in to reduction and lift, for when it's time. I have a ways to go as I have not been "sleeved"yet. ~21 days to go. Nervous and excited, all at the same time! Best of luck to you on your journey.

LOL!!! Yet another reason I'm so greatfull for this site! Im trying very hard not to drive them crazy!! But I really can't focus on much else!!! I feel like I'm waiting for Santa Claus or Easter bunny to come and bring the gift I've always wanted!!!

I can't believe it's June already, it felt like forever getting here! Now I'm having butterflies and I still have 23 days to go. I'm gonna make myself a nervous wreck...

Amazing transformation! Congratulations! You have obviously worked very hard for your acheivements. Thank you so much for sharing your progress, it is very inspirational. As I face my own upcoming challenges, I'm experiencing twinges of fear and doubt. Your post makes me a little feel more comfortable with my decision to have VSG. Good luck to you! You have many people thinking of you and you have your own cheering squad here! I am just a little behind you. I start full liquids on June 11 and sleeve sched on June 25. Its so inspiring to see everyone's journeys, thanks for sharing yours. @MinaT - Thanks for sharing, sounds like good advice. May have to find a way to "ear mark" it for myself, I'll definatley need it in two weeks.
