Hi everyone! First postoperative day... Alive and well! Had my first liquid oral pain med w ice chips. Now having my first Popsicle. Lots of little burps. Taking my walks and using my incentive spirometer. So far so good. Oh and the MD said my liver looked great!

Decided to have a pedicure today, so I'll have nice feet for surgery. Wouldn't want them to talk about me while I'm out of it. -
Having a pedicure this afternoon. Can't go into surgery on Monday w rough skin on my feet. They might talk about me while I'm out of it!!

Oh my gosh.... I have felt the same way today!!! There was a mandatory meeting for one of the groups at my office today. Because it was being held during the lunch hour, they brought in some of the towns best PIZZA!!!! Ooooooh I was held hostage by such incredible aroma! But my liver and I escaped!!!!! -
Thanks for sharing!! I was just fantasizing about a fudgescicle last night, wishing there was a brand I could have (I'm Preop). My friend suggested that I make some. Now I can!!!!

Omg so I'm 5.5 days away from surgery, in a mandatory meeting for work and they served some of the best pizza in town!!!!!! Oooh the aroma..... I did refrain and still following Preop diet rules, but wow that was hard!!!!
