Forgot to say I am 3 months out.

I eat 800 cal per day with <40 carbs and as much protein as possible which is usually 60-90 grams. I eat a lot of cheese and meat at this point. Some eggs and protein bars or cottage cheese. At this point I can eat 2-3 oz of food at a time or 1/2 cup.

ERnurseMN replied to mesaucedo's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I cycle my diet also. I stay between 700-800 cala per day, <40 carbs and 60-90 protein per day. 1-2 days a week I eat 100-200 calories more and up my carbs a little. -
Worried About Stretching: Is It Easy Or Hard To Do?
ERnurseMN replied to WLJourneyJ's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Joy definely undereat your sleeve. Measure out 2-3 oz of food and don't go over that per meal. I think 4-6 oz at a meal seems to much for how far out you are. -
Tried popcorn at 9 weeks so good! No issues with it.

I was sleeved 5/16 and am down 17 lbs! My surgery weight was 220. I am losing slowly and I exercise 6 days a week but I losing at least. I am not gonna be a slave to the numbers on the scale, not healthy and not what this is all about. I am gonna follow my plan and keep plugging away at it. -
Wow I am 4 weeks out and have lost 16 since surgery and exercising 6 days a week, getting 50-60 of protein and 60 oz of H2O. I am jealous! I keep my carbs below 40 too.
