Had surgery Dec.10......will return to work on Jan.23.. I wanted to make certain my life was almost normal before returning. -

Haven't had any problem and it really helped. I eat first thing in the morning right after I brush my teeth....I don't have Breakfast until may 2 hours later. -

Please check with your Dr....just to make sure its nothing major...you're on liquids no but you don't want that problem when you start on food....keep me posted....its probably nothing. -

Lost one pound last week...Im still really motivated....I'm going to try and figure out the protein....hate the supplements..but have been getting most of it through eating ....my doctor said at four weeks I shoud be up to at least 40 grams......So tmrw I will be working toward 50....But I feel amazing.... -

I'm 4 weeks out and pretty much eat regular food Dr.'s advice and I spoke to her Thursday about the describe feeling.....she said to get some small granola clusters and chew one first thing in the morning.....its called priming the sleeve sounds weird to me but I'm going to give a try. -
