Hi! I am 3 days out and I have Empire Blue Cross, which I believe is the term for Blue Cross in NY. Anthem does sound alot more patriotic! More important, they paid for everything, minus my nutritionist, go figure! -
Pre Op Diet Ticking Me Off.

Hang in there friend! I myself lost it on my 2 week pre op and had 2 slices of pizza. I finished strong the last 6 days. While I haven't seen many people saying they did on this forum , I have met a few people in person saying they did,even some as the day before the surgery! -

Congrats on having the will power to test out your pre op diet. I always threatened to try to but never actually did! Shock when I had to start! -
WoW! 3rd day myself you guys. I feel so much better and will prob stop taking my pain medicine tonight with any luck. Every so often I catch myself gulping water , like I used to. And then I regret it big time! I guess I am practicing sipping through my teeth and lips to kind of slow me down. Good luck all, I will follow all of you =)
