I am 38 years old and the mother of a wonderful son who is in college and turning 19 soon.  I'm scheduled for sleeve surgery Jan 21, 2011 with Dr. Ramos Kelly.  I am currently 5'5 and have hovered around 185 pounds for years now.  I am tired about obsessing about the next new diet.  I hide from the camera and miss out on alot of fun with family due to my weight.  I have went up and down and up and down my entire life.  I have lost 35-50 pounds probablly a 100 times!!!  I just want to enjoy life!!!!  I can't wait until my new life begins!!!   By the way, my boyfriend made all this possible for me!  Thank you John!!!

Update...I weighed in pre-surgery at 192.8 not 185 as stated early.  I guess all that Christmas and New Years eating caught up with me.
