    I had no idea what the connection was, but I, too, am having difficulty with both falling asleep and staying asleep since surgery. I expected to be a ball of energy at this point and all I am is SLEEPY! I've lost 35 lbs and I'm eating better than I probably ever have. I expected to feel GOOD, but I'm exhausted. I'm not sure what to do...

    I ordered some PB2, one with chocolate and one without, and it came in today. I LOVE it!! I put the chocolate one in plain Greek yogurt and it was wonderful, and I put the plain one in my chocolate Protein shake. I'd recommend it!!

    And they also leave out that celebrities have a cook on hand to prepare (or deliver) their food, personal trainers to come to their homes and work one-on-one with them using a personalized exercise plans, nannies to take care of the new babies (and/or other children) AND no clock to punch on a daily basis!! Hell, I'd be thin, too, if I had nothing to do all day but work towards it!

    I knew I had a fatty liver bc my sleeve surgeon took my gall bladder out 3 years ago. He mentioned it at that time. I think they can also see it on an ultrasound sometimes. The funny thing is that even knowing that fact, I had NO pre-op diet at all!

    If you can't ASK these people for the information you seek, then you're doing something that you're hiding from them. And, btw, when you post in a public forum, you get what you get. Especially when it has nothing to do with the sole purpose of said forum.
