Love Celebrate grape & pineapple-strawberry. Tart Cherry was too tart. Love Calcet Calcium chews: lemon is refreshing, chocolate is like a thick brownie or fudge. Optisource flavor is ok, just don't want to have to take 4 every day. Hated Opurity. Initial taste was OK, but nasty by the time I finished chewing.

Opurity were gnarly, I agree! I use Celebrate Chewables: grape in the morning & pineapple-strawberry at night. Very yummy. The good flavor lasts the whole time you're chewing. Also eat the Calcet calcium chews: chocolate fudge in the morning & lemon at night.

Oh, me too!!! I am almost giddy with excitement about it!! My cousin's family lives near Carowinds & her husband & boys love going. I'm hoping to get them to go with me next season & I can picture us running from coaster to coaster & me having the wild-eyed look of a child on my face, filled with so much excitement :-D

Hey shelleerenee! I'm in Raleigh, too! I was actually sleeved in CLT, though, because I was self-pay so I couldn't afford Rex or Duke. I hope all goes well for you. Have you joined any of the meetup.com WLS support groups? I'm attending my first one this Saturday.

Try meetup.com to see if you can find some other WLS patients who already have a support group started.

1 have 3: largest is across my navel, the other two are on either side of my navel, closer to my hipbones. Doc said he did them that way so if I have a tummy tuck in the future the scars will be removed with the excess skin.

I'm back to work today, too. Agree that I'm a little shaky as well, but think I'll be able to make it the whole day. My incisions (or, rather, internal stitches) are talking to me today. They weren't happy with my hilly walks yesterday or having to endure the waistband of my pants today. LOL.
