I have been trying to find a protein supplement that does not cause stomach pain since last Aug. I finally found one . I can tolerate raw vegan protein. It has 16-18 protein per scoop with milk it would be 24-26 proteins. Does anyone know if vegan protein is adaquate? Also vitamins make me nauseous. I can take Juice Plus, but am not sure if I will be getting all the daily requirements I need. I would like to schedule surgery this summer.
