Really watch that...I had a fill too tight and went alittle over 24 hours before I had it defilled. Also your stomache could be swollen from the fill...If it doesn't get better at least by tomorrow I would call your doc. I lost 6 pounds in a 24 hour period because I couldn't handle much and just drinking water was causing me to gurgle etc. hope this helps

Protein seems to help me I too have that where I feel really hungry and could just go to town. Let me know what you end up doing cause I too can use the tips!

You will get this and you got it! It sounds like your doing great and to me you realize whats the issue is. I too have come to the realization that its me and I need see where it is I have the biggest problems...and I am...so here is to us!! You are doing great!

Hey there I am 8 months post op down 67 pounds. I tell you I was with you the first week omg I had the WTH did I do! I struggle less and less everyday and by that I mean I am or was an emotional eater. I am getting help and figuring ways to avoid that. My head too says your hungry its ok go ahead and eat and start tomorrow so I am always on the fence but trying everyday to get better. You seem to be doing great! Keep up the great work!! and I am here if you need support!

So I've been on this website a bit but haven't done anything here in the forum. I had lapband surgery in OCT so now I am documenting my battle with the food and struggles. I am hoping to meet people on here from all over. I was born and raised in Texas but moved to colorado in 2006, I want to meet others that can relate and well just be there for one another. This is my first entry on here, I've been on some websites but I am hoping to get the support here. So here goes...I had my surgery Oct 27, 2011...Overall I am pretty happy with my weightloss but I really want more support...Let's face it...just because we had surgery doesn't mean our battle is over. I am doing better and better with food but I have to admit I have days were I just want and want. I don't give in because one...I can't handle bread so its not a bad thing that I can't shovel my face with it. ha! I know this is short but for now I am just going to surf this site and talk with others...Good luck to all!
