Hey I was wondering lately I have been hearing a lot about this isagenix program around my fb friend. I was wondering has any sleevers tried this?? I am just over 9 weeks out and have been on a stall just shy 7.5 weeks. It's so frustrating to me I mix my exersise up all the time, drink all my water and get in on average 55 g of protein a day. Just getting frustrated. All the info I have found about doing this after baratric surgery says it is good but they are mainly talking bypass or banding nothing on the sleeve. If anyone has tried this program please let me know what u thought of it. Thank.

I had my sleeve in Mexico and totally would not change it for the world. It was coming I the point for me where it was my life or my love for food and I choose my life !! Totally would recomend any of my friends and or family to go to Mexico for the sleeve. The best hospital I have ever been to very clean the staff was absolutely amazing and the surgeon was AMAZING !! Made me feel very comfortable and reassured me when I was freaking out before I went into the or. People have their own thoughts about going to Mexico for surgery but litterally the surgeons are very trained and up to date with all the new procedures out there. Where ever u decide to get it done just please do ur research of the surgeon and the facilities ur going to. Keep your eye on the prize !! Is the motto I live by

It is a nutritional aid to help with Weightloss it detoxes the body of all the bad toxins. U take two shakes a day and eat one meal a day along with a couple of snacks. People have used it after gastric bypass I was wondering if and has tried after the sleeve. A friend of mine has done this and she lost 36 pounds in 30 days withit but I just want to know if a sleever could use it and be ok

Well I went to a appointment with a nutritionist in my home town. Which in all honesty was a total waste I time in my mind. She did no know anything about the surgery, or what type of diet I was on or anything. She tried to tell me that I will be all good if I followed the regular food guide intake chart for a "normal person" is what I should be following for a diet. As for vitamins and supplements she said the only thing I should be concerned about is my protein and calcium. I know that is not totally correct. What kind of vitamins is a decent one to take, I know I am lacking in iron and I am trying to make sure I get enough protein in what else should I be looking at for a healthier me??? Really looking for suggestions or any info it would help me and my doctor make some decisions when I see him next week. Thanks for all ur help.

Was just wondering what would be a great way to tell ur Facebook friends and family after the fact of having the surgery ??? I have pretty much stopped posting statuses since my surgery cause I was afraid of what they might think if they knew. But since I have gotten home and started feeling great I am mentally ready to tell my "friends" on Fb and let the good news of the things happening in my life be known by all on Fb because if there is someone out the of my friends that could use this I am ready to share my story along with being judged by some as well. Any help will be great ??

Hey I am just wondering if anybody has had troubles sleeping since surgery ?? I am two weeks post op and literally I am worried that I can not sleep on my left side since surgery..... My problem is I am a huge side sleeper so I don't know if it is because I am not healed yet or is this is going to be for the rest of my life ?? Any advice would be great thanks
-
I talked to my surgeon and he said it is totally normal because that is where the staple line is and it is not totally healed so just to keep from laying on that side and it should feel better by the 6 week mark. So he put my mind at rest.

Thanks guys makes me think that I am not totally weird with that feeling. I was scared for abit that I would never be abled to sleep on my left side again. Lol but all my worried are gone now thanks again

Thanks makes me feel a bit better about it lol

Thanks it is like a heavy brick laying on my left side right where that staple line is. As soon as I turn over to my right side, stomach , or back it feels way better so I don't know if it is normal or not.
