Feel I haven't lost every much. I'm getting very discouraged and that makes me wanna eat . What can I do? Any tips would be helpful.

Today is a new day! Restarting my workout regimen wish me luck ! I'm at 165lb hoping to lose another 25 lbs. I've lost 45lbs so far since my surgery on march 27th.
