My NUT put a scoop into 2qts of crystal light lemonade and it was fabulous. I bought one of the last tubs my drs office had! -
Lemonade and add strawberry protein. Get it ice cold and it is delish

I'm on my preop now. Day 2. I'm starting to get the mild headache everyone talks about. I'm not doing so well on the quitting smoking thing. But I have gone from6-8 24 oz of diet mtn dew to none since Sunday. Luckily I can have one lean cuisine a day for dinner daily -
Got all my preops done today. Just waiting on results and a date. Gonna start my diet tomorrow

Preop here. I'm a diet mtn dew addict. I normally drink 6-8 24 oz per day. I have not had any carbonation since Sunday. I've been drinking unsweetened iced tea with Splenda and it has been nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be. Next imma try and get to decaf

I had to pay 450. My insurance is not covering my surgery at all. I had a great psych. She's actually a former patient of my surgeon. She was fabulous. -
Met with my surgeon today. Will have a date soon. Looking at probably 1st part of July to join the losers bench!!!!
