When I had my third fill that is when I felt great restriction. -
Its been good. On liquids today. Start mushers tomorrow. But every doctor is different. It's not bad

I am four weeks out, and received my first fill today. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be although, she didn't tell me when he was going to stick me I now have 4 cc in a 10 cc band.

I was also on a liquid diet. Fourteen days, and full liquids. It's a big mental process. Best of luck! -

I also have cysts on my liver. They are from my birth control. I was concerned as well but I would try and be as relaxed as possible. -

I and many other people recommend gas-x strips. They will do wonders for you. I'm sure you can get them at any pharmacy. -
Hi! I was just banded on the 23 but am starting to wonder about the soft food stage. I heard mashed potatoes were good for this stage. Does any one have a low fat recipe for mashed potatoes? I'd appreciate it!!

Hi! When is your surgery? I had my pre op appointment today and I had to pay $1,145 dollars. Which really isn't that bad. But don't quote me! That's just my experience!
