Good luck! Also try some sugar free ice pops. They have been my life saver during my two week pre op. -
Hi! Just started my pre op diet today. My doctor told me to do four shakes a day for two weeks. I was just wondering if I was able to have any soup? Thanks!

Was told I have to do a two week pre-op diet starting Saturday. I bought some Protein stuff and it's plain awful. Any other options?! Thanks.

Thanks for all of the advice! I am taking bariatric advantage shakes but am wondering if I can just do isopure because it's pretty good. And yes, it's all liquid but I am assuming I can like you said have the ice pops and jello.

Started my journey almost five years ago. Had some detours and I am finally ready! I have done all of my testing and forms were submitted to insurance on Friday. Getting super excited. Any advice anyone would like to give would be greatly appreciated!
