I'll look in my manual, we got so much info I have went back over the manual so many times! When did you have your nutrition class? I had mine on the 9th with Erin!

I just found an awesome idea I wanted to share.... Making a workout jar. Get a change jar or use your cookie jar since it won't be full of cookies anymore!!! Each day you work out put a dollar in the jar, then when you reach a goal you have a little money to get a new shirt or something little for yourself for all your hard work!!!

I only have to be on liquid for 24hrs then mushy. Every doctor is so different!

I am worried about this same thing!

I was just at the doctors today and they said call if its more than 3 days, when in doubt try and find out!

I have been trying to find something to replace my beer, skinny girl has several things that are good and low on calories!

I'm sure we could go thru post and find hundreds that could be posted someplace different. To each their own, if you don't agree with someone that is your right. Be respectful and let it go, no one is being hurt, if you do not agree please read a different post that does not offend you.

Did I read that you are self pay?? If so they move things very quick. I am going thru insurance and it was still fast (I thought so anyway) My first appointment was 5/16 and my surgery is August 6th and actually I could have been banded this coming Monday but I'm going on vacation the 14th and I wanted to wait till after!

It was more of a viedo than slides, and yes it was helpful and it promted more questions for me to ask when I went for my consult. The consult was when I was able to meet everyone. I was at the office for about 3hrs, but I didn't mind since I saw everyone at once! I understand you wanting to meet everyone, I would see if they will send it to you and you can watch it and if you feel comfortable from that then you can go for a consult and if you don't then you can still go on the 25th....just something to think about.

I will be banded August 6th!!!!!

I will not be banded till August, however I am trying to make some changes now so its easier later! I love the skinny girl line, good and low on calories!
