Hello, my fellow May Sleevers, My surgery was on 5/7 and I'm feeling great ! Going to the gym 6 days a week before work or as soon as i wake on my days off. Now i just added my personal trainer on Fridays also. Can you say "Weight Be Gone"!!! Lol, I hope you all can help me with the eating. smh, hasn't been the easiest bcs i seem to either eat my small portion too quick or i'm not chewing it thoroughly. either way its painful and it takes about an hour for the discomfort to go away. Any Advice besides the obvious? I'm down 40 lbs and looking forward to going shopping. Any ideas on desserts? low fat, low carb of course.

You all are the Absolute Best!!!! I know I'm only 2 months and 2 days out, but this is life changing x 1,000 for me. I've been on every weight loss diet etc before getting my sleeve in May. And to simply hear that I can have one thing I love in the future is truly a Blessing. I Love ny sleeve. Eating is not always easy, sometimes it hurts. I have to chew longer and eat slower. Even for such small portions. I'll get the hang of it. Thanks again. Popcorn here I come!!! In a couple of months.

I was sleeved 5/7/12, I used to be a huge popcorn eater. Please tell me that day will come again. Ok, maybe not a huge eater but to be able to enjoy it again would be great. Lol...can you eat popcorn at all after being sleeved?

You look Great!!! Just recently sleeved 5/7 can't wait to get out of the "6 week diet plan" . You've given me new hope!!! Keep up the good work!!!

My Doctor had me wait 2 weeks. He said just in case I had to stop short and hit the break or make a quick turn, he didn't want me to cause any damage to myself. If you can wait, take it easy, let your family and friends wait on you hand and foot. Lol
