Hello, my fellow May Sleevers, My surgery was on 5/7 and I'm feeling great ! Going to the gym 6 days a week before work or as soon as i wake on my days off. Now i just added my personal trainer on Fridays also. Can you say "Weight Be Gone"!!! Lol, I hope you all can help me with the eating. smh, hasn't been the easiest bcs i seem to either eat my small portion too quick or i'm not chewing it thoroughly. either way its painful and it takes about an hour for the discomfort to go away. Any Advice besides the obvious? I'm down 40 lbs and looking forward to going shopping. Any ideas on desserts? low fat, low carb of course.
