    I have been using coconut oil and flour in my cooking and its great and palm sugar for my tea and coffee its great and doesnt spike ur sugar levels. Another good one is Nativia which is a plant derived substitute which is good for tea coffee and cooking

    I get nausea every now and then and i only take my anti acid pills when i get it. Also i have heard you can become intolerant to products after the opp. Try using a dair alturnative like soy or rice milk.

    Try aquaareobics its great on your knees. Thank you for your story. I can feel myself slipping and being fooled by the ullision that ive had my surgey and thats all i need to do. While you story is an eye opener for me its also yet another confirmation that i made the right decision for me now i just have to make it work for me.
