I'm right here with you! I start my preop tmro for my July 9th surgery! I'm nervous and excited too. I have been having a few food funerals too! I keep telling myself today is last day I will be overweight! I will start losing tmro and it will finally stay off this time!! You can do this!!!! I can do this!!! WE WILL DO THIS!!!

I start mine on Monday for 2 weeks. A Protein shake for Breakfast and lunch and then I get to have one of those dinners like a south beach or weight watcher for one meal. I could have a lein protein like chicken or turkey and a vegetable but must be only be about 800 calories per day.. Yours is all liquid? -

Has anyone tried the Premier Protein shakes from Sams Club? We don't have Costco here where I live.. Just wondering if these taste good.. -
I had my endoscope last Friday! Nothing to it.. They put in an IV and put me sleep and I woke up about 20 minutes later. Easiest procedure I've ever had and I was nervous about it too!

Even though your doc has only done 30 sleeves , isn't the sleeve the first part of the RNY procedure? So I would think he had lots of experience since he's done so many RNYs.. -
I'm July 9th too!!! Absolutely cannot wait! While walking the mall was imagining being able to buy clothes that have zippers!!!! It's been forever since I've even owned a pair of jeans! Im ready!!
