My insurance is cigna as well. I should be submitting july 11th. That's my last appointment and insurance lady at the office I see said she would have everything ready to submit by the time I let the office. I'm super excited but so nervous! I've been working towards this since feb. Only been going to the surgeons office since april 4th though. I'm ready to be on the other side!

I know what you mean. I have everything completed on my end as for pcp. And psych. I do have my nut appointment for june 25th. My third month visit on june 6th. I'm excited to be halfway but it seems to be dragging! My insurance only requires three months but my brother who plans doing it the same time requires six so I'm waiting with him :-)

Needing some advice on Protein...I've tried some but can't find any that's good. Can anyone reccomend some for me? I'm still pre op but trying to find some good options now. Would love some higher protein options but will take any that might taste good. shake options and clear options....thanks in advance! Oh yeah an perferably some that do not contain creatine.

Hey just found this forum on my phone. I'm currently in month two of my six required for insurance. My third appointment is june 6th. I'm super excited. I live in a small town in tennessee. Current weight 285 :-( I hope to be having my vsg sometime late october or november. Anyone else in there pre op six months? One more just noticed wlsaf had a big meet and greet this weekend. Id love to go next year!! Anyone else planning to be first timers next year?
