I am 4 months out and I talke the petites (Wagreen's Calcium Citrate + D3 Petites). I take 3 at lunch and 2 at night. much cheaper than chewable, and my doc said not to take tummies. -

I am scheduled for gallbladder surgery Oct 17th. I don't have stones yet, but have sludge and pain. I have checked with 3 doctors and surgery is the only answer. good luck! -

I have gallbladder surgery scheduled for Oct 17th. How's the recovery time as far as getting back to exercise/walking and working at desk job? Any advise from anyone who's had it? -

Sleeve May 16th, lost 30 pre-op, started 241 at time of surgery, now 195.....goal is 168 and I am going to get there! -
Sleeve on Wed 5/16/12. Trying to figure out if I am eating too much. My Protein shakes are about 4 oz. is that too much? I've felt okay, but today, Sun, feels a little full and out of sorts. Any advise?
