    Throwing Up Chewble Vitamins!

Zija Moringa. If you go to FB page Moringa's Ninety Nutrients and tell them your a bariatric patient they will give you a discount. It's organic and 100% absorbable unlike other vitamins that are 8-10% absorbed. It has every vitamin from a-z. I no longer have to take anything but this, including the 19 meds I was on. I'm saving $70 a month on vitamins and supplements that I was taking and over $300 on prescription co-pays a month. Great deal and the best thing for us bariatric patients.

    The sleeve and hair loss.

Zija Moringa is what stopped my hair from falling out. It's organic and 100% absobable unlike other vitamins that are only 8-10% absorbable. It is a mix that you mix with water. I was able to stop all other vitamins and b12 injections within a week of taking it, and, I've been able to come off all 19 of my meds, even those that weren't weight related, within two weeks. It's pretty amazing. It has every vitamin from a-z, 7x the vit C in oranges, 4x the vit A in carrots, as much as 4 servings pork has of Vit B, as much as 4 servings Calcium in that of milk, as much protein as 2 servings of yogurt, as much potassium as 3 bananas, just to name a few. It is used in 3rd world countries that have malnourishment epidemics. What sold me was not what I mentioned in the last few sentences, but that it's a creation of God, not man. Moringa's Ninety Nutrients is a FB page with more info and a discount for bariatric patients. Just have to message them and tell them your a bariatric patient. I was paying twice the price for all the vitamins and supplements as what this is and in addition I'm also saying over $300 a month on prescription co-pays that I no longer have to fill.

    Suggestions?

Get all food that you'll need for yourself and your family (as much as you can). Going to the grocery store is torture for the first 4-6 weeks. Also, if you haven't figured out which protein shakes (if your going to ) use and vitamins you should stock up on that too. I ordered a variety of shakes samples from vitalady.com and I take Zija Moringa instead of traditional vitamins that only have a 8-10% absorbsion rate.
  4. Don't let this bother you. The people in the hospital deal with it all the time. It's no issue for them, so don't let it get you down. You'll be medicated and won't care at that point. Enjoy your last few day's as your "old" self so you can be the best you can as new. Good luck to you!

    So tired!

I was too exhausted. However, since doing research and talking to people about vitamins ect. I found out that majority of vitamins are only 8-10% absorbable. I started taking Zija Moringa in about month 4 or 5 post op and feel amazingly better. It's organic and 100% bioavalability (absorbed). If your on FB you can go to page of, Moringa's Ninety Nutrients for more info. I swear by it, it's the best of the best. There are two people that I know for sure started taking it from here and both feel the same way I do about it. I no longer have to take any vitamins or give myself b12 injections. Zija has every vitamin from a-z.
  6. My BMI was over 50 so I qualified without having to have any or do anything. However, we are going through this with my husband right now. They told us that since his BMI is over 35, he doesn't have to have a co-morbidity. We also have Fed BCBS. Have you consulting with a surgeon yet? They can usually get more accurate information than what they will give us over the phone. Also, I agree with prior post...ask your PCP for a sleep study to rule it out. That could be your IN without any problems getting approval. Good luck to you. This has been the best decision I've ever made for myself. 8 mths out and 113lbs down.

    Support Groups?

Anyone know of any other support groups online for the sleeve? I tried finding some on FB, but there isn't much just for the sleeve.

  12. I found one in Target so I don't have to wait. I like that it has a sleep tracker and silent alarm compared to the other Fitbits. Sleeved 10/16/12 http://sleevesister.blogspot.com Sent from my iPhone using VST
  13. I'm just wondering if anyone has the Flex yet. I just went online to buy one and it say's they are unavailable for 6-10 weeks! Oiy! I don't want to wait that long and wondering if it's worth the extra to purchase it on eBay because I'm inpatient and don't want to wait.

    Vitamins, Supplements, etc.

Yes, if your just mixing the powder, it's disgusting. Zija has 3 different kinds and all have a different taste. I prefer the taste of XM+, however, I take SuperMix which is the worst out of the 3 in my opinion (however, the best product imo) I add organic pineapple juice to it so I can't taste it and it actually is a good mix for it. If I run out of juice, I take the XM+ with just water, that one is good.
