    1 Mth/50 Lbs Before/after

    Thank you all! Btw that includes my pre op, I've lost 34 since surgery. I still see the same person in the mirror. I didn't see the difference until I put the pics together. I have gone down 2 sizes which I really noticed especially today when I put on my fav jeans and they don't fit. Thanks for the support! I would not have made it threw the month without this group!

    Oct Sleevers

    Today is my 1 mth sleeveaversary! It was a rough month. Since removing dairy from my diet and passing the kidney stones, I am 110% better. I'm very excited to start an exercise program. I'm feeling great. I hit 50 lbs lost the other day, 34 since surgery!

    October Sleevers-How Ya Doin?

    I'm a cheese fanatic myself so I know how you feel! Both my kids had lactose intolerances when I was nursing so I've given it up for them. I don't like giving it up for myself but I don't like feeling nauseas either. Let me know if it works.

    October Sleevers-How Ya Doin?

    I had the same problem and spent post op week 3 in the hospital. Less than 24 hours after I stopped eating/drinking anything dairy I was 100% no maybe 110% better. You may want to try that. I even tried eAting a ricotta bake last night and was nauseas all night. Sleevers often have lactose intolerance after surgery from what I hear. Good luck!

    Oct Sleevers

    Your welcome! Let me know if it works for you. I keep one in the car because that's where I usually get anxiety (I have a hard time riding and not driving) and I hate to drive go figure!

    Vitamins=Nausea

    I don't have to take it either but I have a history of vit d deficiency and the calcium plus vit d are the only chewables I could find. If my labs look good in 30 days I can discontinue it.

    Anyone have an issue with constipation? Not sure if I am but haven't gone in 3-4 days now. Wondering if I should take some Colace or just wait it out?!?

    Soft Foods

    Hate soup, can do mashed taters, haven't tried much meat besides puréed but crockpot will be sporting something tomorrow, and I don't like pumpkin. I'm super picky more so than my kids. Think I'm going to put a whole chicken in crockpot with rosemary and BBQ and freeze the leftovers in snack baggies. I can freeze it like that right?
