  1. Are you using a straw? That is a big no no from what I was told. I am 10 days post op, and I struggled till about yesterday. I woke up yesterday morning and I was not feeling the uncomfortable sensation I had been. I have tolerated more than just a 2 tsp and I can drink more now. I have tolerated tomato soup, cheese soup, broccoli cheese soup (blended) and I found the EAS drinks are what my body tolerates the best. Good Luck and Congrats to you on being sleeved. I hope this helps... Keri

    Sleeved

Hello all, I am Keri, and I was sleeved on the 8th of may. I am doing really good so far. I am ready for anything other than full liquids. I would love to have a bite of chicken or tuna.... but I have a few more days till I can begin the mushy stage. My weight loss so far is about 20lbs. I lost 8 lbs on the liquid diet. and now 12 lbs post op. I was previously banded and lost my band in sept of last year due to a slip. I asked the doc if it was my fault when he looked at my stomach and he assured me that there was nothing he could see that pointed to me that I messed it up. So I am 35 years old, and I am a mom of 2 sets of fraternal twins. Yes they are natural, and no I did not take any infertility medication. I am just very gifted.... LOL I am married to my best friend who is in the U.S. Army. We celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary this past feb. My boys are 12 years old, and my boy girl set are 8 years old. So that is me.....
