    Clothing size

Wow. I'm so amazed at this
  2. I was sleeved on April 6 and I'm down 10lbs. The dr said he would've been concerned if I lost more than that

    Week 1?

Week 1 you should only have water. Diet jello and broth. Crystal light and protein shakes. Every surgeon is different but mine said the first 2 weeks is clear liquid, not soups until week 3....... Ugggg but it goes fast

    Drinking to fast

I'm less than 2 weeks out and yes. If you drink too fast, it's going to hurt for sure and the pain takes time to go away

    This is impressive
  6. What kind of surgery is that

    April 6 sleeve!

I am also on full liquids. But my doctor explained full liquids as protein shakes, broth, water or Crystal light, and diet Jell-O. Absolutely nothing else. And they said no more than 2 to 3 protein shakes per day. This is supposed to be for the first four weeks as per my surgeons request. I don't know how I'm going to do it

    Baked mozarella Sticks...yay or nay?

I would bake instead of fry. I'm sure your not eating a whole bag of cheese sticks. I'm deprived myself So much when I had my lab band that i eventfully gained 50lbd and now I'm sleeved!

    healthy eating/water

Yes it's like if you would've known then what you know now. Actually I first had a lap band first and did well at first but of course eventually went back to my old ways and gained 50lbs. But even know with the sleeve I say why couldn't I just right from the beginning instead of putting myself through this
  14. Has anyone needed skin surgery??

    April 6 sleeve!

I think I was trying to drunk too much. And I was filled with gas from the actual surgery. Gas was trying to get out from every direction but couldn't. It only lasted 3 days for me and noticed more when I took large sips. Now if I do take a large sip I actually burp
  17. Ask for the patch for nausea behaving the ear. They send me home with them

    April 6 sleeve!

I hate that feeling of needing to burp and couldn't. That has passed already........ Lol
  19. I got the sleeve on April 6. I'm not sure what is hunger and what is healing it what is being sore just yet. I believe we need to drink to stay hydrated. I have been having broth, optifast shakes, diet jello and different flavored crystal lights and water. It takes an hour to finish 8 ounces of a shake. I make sure to always have a cup next to me. It's only been 5 days and I am already wanting to eat. I almost feel like I'm in rehab and breaking a food addiction. Good luck to all
  20. 3 hours for lap band removal and skeeve

    April 6 sleeve!

Ugh sorry to hear. I'm able to keep things down but still have some pain like spasms when I drink . I had 5 incisions and they all hurt. U didn't think I would feel this bad afterwards. Telling myself the same thing, this is temporary I meant to say I didn't think I would feel this bad afterwards
  22. Think positive, the slower you lose the less likely your skin will sag. Slower weight loss looks and feels more natural. We all got this procedure as a tool. Not an overnight success story. When I went on liquid pre/op I lost 5lbs in s week. My surgeon said it wasn't enough. I said if weight loss was easy for me I wouldn't be in your office today!!!! We will all get to where we want to be sooner or later
