  5. Have you been using any apps for your phone or anthing? Omgggg, if you haven't you needs get Mydiarynet! It will keep you motivated, watch your Water intake and break down all the nutrients and bad stuff (like sat fat) you consume. It helps you make smarter choices as it rates the healthiness of the foods, shows the nutritional info and even has a barcoder!! It has charts as even tells you "at the rate you're going, you will lose about ... A week, etc, etc" I am showing it to everyone! AwesommmeM not to mention the exercise help too! I'm trying to add The Brazilian Butt lift to my list! Don't get encouraged girl! Your weightloss is awesome! Any weightloss is good weightloss. Watch your sodium intake so you don't retain water and drink lots of water to flush out the toxins, etc. just a few suggestions that have helped me. Oh and also, what if it's just... Your time of the month...ya know? Well, goodddddd luck! Really!!!!

By Mario ans Vienna Zander's 5) The Paleo diet solution: the modern caveman's cookbook 6) The Paleo diet cookbook by Loren Cordain, Ph. d. Now, don't forget this will be a lifestyle change not a temporary fix. Basically your body will be burning fat for energy instead of carbs. This is a very carb restricted diet. You're body will be in ketosis. But many people who assume they just do this for a week or 2 and than go back to a higher carb intake bight find the lbs coming back or weightloss stalling. I think this works for me bc I can live without rice for the rest of my life now.ni made the decision that is rather be healthy and I want to motivate my mom and dad who have a plethora of health issues and only cook very salthy, MSG infested, high fat Filipino food. I want them to live past their parents (bfathers died at 65ish) and have them walk me down the aisle and meet my kids. Besides my house is kind of a slaughter house. Sorry vegetarians:( but we love seafood and meat over here. I think it'd be the perfect diet for me. Also, did you ever think about this?: white rice doesn't taste like anything! Hahahah my nephew told me that the other day saying "Awww mommmm, but whats the point? It doesn't taste like anything!" smart 4th grader. I just found another good book by Loren Cordain and Friel: the Paleo diet for athletes. The first 20 pages are very good.

    So i really want kettle corn and i found the nutritional info for Healthy Pop Kettle Corn 100 cal packs. So... Can someone explain the nutritional info to me because the box says : But on MynetDiary it says this: Sooo... How much can I eat for one serving and how many calories is that? And also when you eat it, will it make my sleeve expand? Because the doctor told me to stay away from processed carbs. Id love for this to be healthy! Its food score of 4 ( 5 being the best). Someone help me!!!

    The stupid Mexico nutritionist was very vague n i felt like she was trying to get me out of her office. Rude. Her powerpoint basically sed whats on her TWO PAGE post op diet handout. And when i call this lady doesnt answer. Thank god for kaiser.

    Nyone try malt-o-meal during the liquid or soft foods phase? I mean technically if u really water it down u can dribk it. I was told until 22 days post op, the phrase "if you cant drink it, then dont eat it. Anyone?

    I Just Want Food!

    Yayyy! You and me are exactly in the same boat:) 12 days and 19.5 lbs lost! Yay for us! My soft food phase doesnt come till day 22:( but im sooo excited. It was hard to go to Target food section today. I was barcoding everything with my Mynetdiary app to see if i can keep some of the foods i love. Mental hunger still here but im getting there:) again, congrats to you!

    This is what I got from them. Not at all detailed. So thats why im here asking you guys. I have not met the nutritionist from kaiser yet. I was sleeved in Mexico with Dr. Ortiz. So, before then, i was just trying to see if the more knowledgeable people whove been sleeved before me had heard anything. -__-

    Hmm i wonder if popcorn expands and will stretch my sleeve but yes, im so close to my soft diet phase that im taking pictures of good, healthy foods I may be able to eat. Im still waiting for my appointment with the kaiser nutritionist.
