I am a married 42 yrs almost emptynester(1 left) I am ready to start my new adventure. I call it my "ME FIRST" stage in life(I'm learning to take care of myself 1st smile)
Day 7 post op my nutrition was up yesturday I was happy due to it being my first day back at work. I felt really good just was extremely tired the last two hrs. still haven't weighed but getting very curious now
