Had surgery 11 weeks ago and stuck at 25lbs....scared its not gonna work for me

Im single no kids so easy is best for me....I eat a smart one or lean cuisine for lunch and dinner and somethn small or a shake 4 breakfast ....I am usually under or at 1000 calories a day

That's how I feel....if I had to do this on my own willpower and still have to "diet" then why did I waste thousands of dollars on this band?? Im just frustrated too -
I was banded may 1 and have only lost 15lbs
