I dont add fruit... I did with all the others to mask the taste of the protein but Im sure it will taste good with fruit... Actually Im gonna try that! I use about a cup of milk to one scoop (24g of protein) plus the milk I usually count it as 30g for one shake. I can honesty same this is the only Protein Shakes I can drink. I have tried Priemer, Isopure, unjury, the one from GNC people swear by and 5 more but I cant remember the names. I spent thousands of dollars on protein during the first 3 months it was ridiculous.

At first I started with the vanilla bean torte (tastes like ice cream) and I use milk but my friend uses water and it is still good. We drive 45 mins to the nearest Vitamin shoppe to get this even though we have like 3 health and vitamin shops in our town but they dont carry this product. I just finished my morning one now... LOL

At the beginning I struggled so bad with protein shakes! I mean I tried EVERYTHING! And it was ALL nasty... until I found the Nectar line made by Syntrax... AMAZING! That is the only thing I can drink!

Can you find Nioxin in stores or only salons?

Do you think cutting it will help? My hair is down to about my bra strap and it is thin... I can cut it shoulder length and wouldnt mind... I will do anything to make it stop!

Someone told me to to scramble an egg with some canolia oil and massage it into my scalp and leave it on for awhile... But to rise it out with cold water because hot water will start to cook the egg... It just sounds disturbing...

Im 4 months out and I remember being sooooo tired and even my B12 shot didnt help... I can tell you this will pass once u start eating some food... I use to get so dizzy without eating even with the protein shakes its like my body knew I was not chewing food! LOL But once I started on my soft food diet I felt much better. It will get better... I was so proud that I ate all my dinner for the first time last night... A 2-3oz peice of chicken and a good amount of green beans! I was super excited!

I am now 4 months post op and is noticing hair loss in clumps... I have stopped brushing my hair until I need to and have been wearing it in a ponytail everyday because when my hair is down I lose much more of it. Has anyone tried Keratin products or products on this website http://www.justnaturalskincare.com/hair/loos-shampoo.html Its not noticeable yet but I was down to one Protein shake a day and now I increased it to two just incase im not getting enough protein in. I have also been taking Biotin for the last 2 months everyday. I changed over to main and tail shampoo because it promotes stronger healthier hair... What can I do to stop this? Im freaking out!

This is so funny... I did the same gallbladder story! People are now getting noisy because I have lost a noticeable amount of weight and my eating habits. I started going to the gym with a few co-workers and have been working my ass off to show them Im working out hard! I dont know why, I dont want people to know?!?!? I guess because I hate people in my business.

Tlmiller- I'm stalled too and I was sleeved the same day as you! I keep hearing about the 3 week stall but I'm not worried, I know it will come off sooner or later! Think positive

I have been wanting to do spinning class so bad at the gym but my dr wants me to stick with the treadmill for 6 weeks and increase my speed and time each day... I have used the elliptical a few times this week and can only do about 10 mins before I feel crampy. Before surgery I could do about 45 mins on the elliptical!

This has been my biggest struggle... I just ordered Unjury all different types of flavors and Im not impressed! I think I have to experiment with these a little adding it to different things!

I have been eating chicken (no problem) I ate fish for the first time last night and that was ok... I have noticed I can eat more then an ounce now. I ate a 3oz fish fillet but I notice that as I was eating it, it melted in my mouth so I dont really know how much actually went down... LOL
