Help!! I am not doing very well with my band!!! The holidays did not go well. I gained 5 pounds. I had my band in june and I have only lost 30 lbs. I admit my exercise has not been the best, but I am sad with my results. I am just feeling like a failure today!! I need to get back on the band wagon and get my self in gear!!!!.
