.. Got my 3rd fill today and for he first time Dr Uchal had a problems finding my port, turns out my port has tilted. He says it's normal for this to happen and I should be ok. Anyway I'm down six pounds in three weeks so I'm happy and content with that.

I'm almost ashamed to admit this, but i think I'm mourning food as it was before. It just goes to show how much of an addiction it was for me. My husband is deployed, tonight I miss him and I can't sit down and eat candy or chips. The sad thing is if I hadn't had a fill today I think I would try it . I've been told we ( bandsters ) often go through this at some point. I'm almost ashamed to post this but I'm sure some of you have been where I am tonight.. Have you ever crave that full feeling you use to get ? JDuran

Perfect?? Definetly not, however there ARE some people on here who think they know EVERYHING about eating healthy. If that were true then hey would not be on here..! I eat what I want just small amounts, I'll choose grilled over dried every time but if I want a piece of chocolate or a glass of wine then I have it OCCASIONALLY ... That's the key..! Good luck.!!

I was banded in April. I have lost 30 pounds, my life is very different now. I eat only when I'm hungry and in small amounts. Some times I don't chew well and food gets stuck, it generally comes back up but it's not horrible. I'm happy with my decesion it has changed so much for me.

I totally got that you were joking, keep your head up and stay focused.. Keep your eye on the prize..! I always ask myself, will this taste as good as I will feel when I am 30 pounds lighter?? The answer is usually no..! Good luck.!

Had a slight unfill today, man is it misery when you are overfilled.!!! Dr says my stomach is inflamed and swollen.. Hot liquid like my coffee this after noon just burned all the way down.. Hopefully I will be good again soon..!!

Oh my!! You must have been miserable.! I was only over filled by about .07 and it was hell..! Your stomach is more than likely swollen and irritated.. I'm sure you will need a full in a couple weeks..! Hope all is well now..!

You will get better! As this way of life becomes your new way of life you will settle in and get to know the signals the band sends you. Trust when people say you WILL KNOW when your in the green zone because you definetly will have no doubts when it happens. Have some Fluid added, if it proves too much then have some removed.. You will get the hang of it and do great..! I just hit the green zone after three fills and one infill I'm finally there..!! Good luck...

Getting an Unfill tomorrow morning. My fill yesterday was too much. I'm in misery right now. I can't imagine trying to eat food right now. Ugh, this hurts.!!

I just never realized how much food played a role in my life.. I feel like I've lost a best friend.. Tomorrow is a new day..

Definetly, you will know when your stuck trust me! Restriction you feel full rather quickly Stuck you feel the urge to vomit and usually do. At least this is my experience..

My husband is great.. He has always told me he loves me fat, skinny, bald or disfigured it doesn't matter and it was all up to me.!

When I eat certain things and then I got sick.. Think maybe I didn't chew well ? Maybe I should not eat this anymore?? Thoughts and experiences please..

You need a fill if ?? A) you don't get full fast or after a small amount you just don't stay full long C) both D) neither Having some issues and needed to ask.! Please help. Thanks guys..!
